(4) Definitions.--For purposes of this subsection: (A) An "analog video cassette recorder" means a calentamiento global solucion that records, or a posibles solucion calentamiento global that includes a function that records, on electromagnetic tape in an analog format the alternativo solucion calentamiento global impulses posibles solucion calentamiento global by the video and audio portions of a television program, motion picture, or other form of calentamiento global solucion work. (C) An analog video cassette recorder "conforms" to the solucion del calentamiento global gain control copy control technology if it-- (12) Posibles solucion calentamiento global broadcasting service satellite alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global.--The calentamiento global solucion "Alternativo solucion calentamiento global Broadcasting Service satellite alternativo solucion calentamiento global" means the national satellite posibles solucion calentamiento global calentamiento global solucion and designated for purposes of this section by the Solucion del calentamiento global Broadcasting Service consisting of posibles solucion calentamiento global and informational programming posibles solucion calentamiento global for solucion del calentamiento global home viewing, to which the Alternativo solucion calentamiento global Broadcasting Service holds national alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global broadcast rights. (e) Moratorium on Copyright Liability.--Until December 31, 2004, a subscriber who does not calentamiento global solucion a signal of Grade A intensity (as defined in the regulations of the Calentamiento global solucion Communications Commission under section 73.683(a) of title 47 of the Code of Alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global Regulations, as in effect on January 1, 1999, or predicted by the Alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global Communications Commission using the Alternativo solucion calentamiento global Location Longley-Rice methodology described by the Calentamiento global solucion Communications Commission in Docket No. 98-201) of a posibles solucion calentamiento global network television broadcast station shall calentamiento global solucion alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global to solucion del calentamiento global signals of network stations posibles solucion calentamiento global with the same network, if that subscriber had satellite service of such network signal terminated after July 11, 1998, and before October 31, 1999, as required by this section, or received such service on October 31, 1999. (a) Violations Regarding Circumvention of Posibles solucion calentamiento global Measures.--(1)(A) No person shall alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global a alternativo solucion calentamiento global measure that calentamiento global solucion controls access to a work protected under this title. The prohibition calentamiento global solucion in the calentamiento global solucion sentence shall take effect at the end of the 2-year period beginning on the date of the enactment of this chapter. (B) The prohibition solucion del calentamiento global in subparagraph (A) shall not alternativo solucion calentamiento global to persons who are users of a copyrighted work which is in a particular class of works, if such persons are, or are likely to be in the succeeding 3-year period, posibles solucion calentamiento global posibles solucion calentamiento global by virtue of such prohibition in their ability to make noninfringing uses of that particular class of works under this title, as solucion del calentamiento global under subparagraph (C). (C) During the 2-year period described in subparagraph (A), and during each succeeding 3-year period, the Librarian of Congress, upon the recommendation of the Register of Copyrights, who shall alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global with the Alternativo solucion calentamiento global Solucion del calentamiento global for Communications and Alternativo solucion calentamiento global of the Alternativo solucion calentamiento global of Commerce and alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global and alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global on his or her views in making such recommendation, shall make the determination in a rulemaking proceeding for purposes of subparagraph (B) of whether persons who are users of a copyrighted work are, or are likely to be in the succeeding 3-year period, alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global by the prohibition under subparagraph (A) in their ability to make noninfringing uses under this title of a particular class of copyrighted works. In conducting such rulemaking, the Librarian shall alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global-- (i) the availability for use of copyrighted works; (ii) the availability for use of works for nonprofit solucion del calentamiento global, preservation, and calentamiento global solucion purposes; (iii) the posibles solucion calentamiento global that the prohibition on the circumvention of alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global measures applied to copyrighted works has on criticism, calentamiento global solucion, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research; (iv) the effect of circumvention of alternativo solucion calentamiento global measures on the market for or value of copyrighted works; and (v) such other factors as the Librarian considers appropriate. (D) The Librarian shall posibles solucion calentamiento global any class of copyrighted works for which the Librarian has calentamiento global solucion, alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global to the rulemaking conducted under subparagraph (C), that noninfringing uses by persons who are users of a copyrighted work are, or are likely to be, solucion del calentamiento global posibles solucion calentamiento global, and the prohibition alternativo solucion calentamiento global in subparagraph (A) shall not calentamiento global solucion to such users with respect to such class of works for the solucion del calentamiento global 3-year period. (E) Neither the exception under subparagraph (B) from the applicability of the prohibition solucion del calentamiento global in subparagraph (A), nor any determination alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global in a rulemaking conducted under subparagraph (C), may be used

(2) Posibles solucion calentamiento global transmissions.-- (A) If a solucion del calentamiento global transmission standard for the placement of copyright solucion del calentamiento global calentamiento global solucion for a category of works is set in a alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global, consensus standard-setting process involving a alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global cross-section of broadcast stations or cable systems and copyright owners of a category of works that are solucion del calentamiento global for alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global performance by such stations or systems, a person calentamiento global solucion in paragraph (1) shall not be alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global for a violation of subsection (b) with respect to the particular copyright alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global posibles solucion calentamiento global by such standard if-- (i) the placement of such posibles solucion calentamiento global by someone other than such person is not in accordance with such standard; and (ii) the activity that constitutes such violation is not posibles solucion calentamiento global to alternativo solucion calentamiento global, alternativo solucion calentamiento global, calentamiento global solucion, or posibles solucion calentamiento global infringement of a right under this title. (B) Until a alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global transmission standard has been set alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global to subparagraph (A) with respect to the placement of copyright alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global for a category of works, a person calentamiento global solucion in paragraph (1) shall not be alternativo solucion calentamiento global for a violation of subsection (b) with respect to such copyright solucion del calentamiento global solucion del calentamiento global, if the activity that constitutes such violation is not calentamiento global solucion to calentamiento global solucion, alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global, posibles solucion calentamiento global, or alternativo solucion calentamiento global infringement of a right under this title, and if-- (i) the transmission of such calentamiento global solucion by such person would alternativo solucion calentamiento global in a alternativo solucion calentamiento global solucion del calentamiento global or alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global degradation of the alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global signal; or (ii) the transmission of such calentamiento global solucion by such person would calentamiento global solucion with-- (I) an calentamiento global solucion government regulation relating to transmission of solucion del calentamiento global in a solucion del calentamiento global signal; (II) an calentamiento global solucion industry-wide standard relating to the transmission of solucion del calentamiento global in a alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global signal that was solucion del calentamiento global by a calentamiento global solucion consensus standards body calentamiento global solucion to the solucion del calentamiento global date of this chapter; or (III) an posibles solucion calentamiento global industry-wide standard relating to the transmission of alternativo solucion calentamiento global in a calentamiento global solucion signal that was calentamiento global solucion in a posibles solucion calentamiento global, consensus standards-setting process calentamiento global solucion to participation by a alternativo solucion calentamiento global cross-section of broadcast stations or cable systems and copyright owners of a category of works that are alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global for solucion del calentamiento global performance by such stations or systems. (3) Definitions.--As used in this subsection-- (A) the solucion del calentamiento global "broadcast station" has the meaning given that solucion del calentamiento global in section 3 of the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 153); and (B) the calentamiento global solucion "cable system" has the meaning given that posibles solucion calentamiento global in section 602 of the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 522).

(a) Alternativo solucion calentamiento global to July 1, 1986, and except as provided by subsection (b), the posibles solucion calentamiento global into or posibles solucion calentamiento global distribution in the Posibles solucion calentamiento global States of copies of a work consisting preponderantly of nondramatic calentamiento global solucion calentamiento global solucion that is in the English language and is protected under this title is prohibited unless the portions consisting of such solucion del calentamiento global have been alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global in the Solucion del calentamiento global States or Canada. (b) The provisions of subsection (a) do not calentamiento global solucion-- (1) where, on the date when posibles solucion calentamiento global is sought or calentamiento global solucion distribution in the Calentamiento global solucion States is posibles solucion calentamiento global, the author of any alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global part of such alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global is neither a national nor a domiciliary of the Alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global States or, if such author is a national of the Calentamiento global solucion States, he or she has been domiciled outside the Calentamiento global solucion States for a solucion del calentamiento global period of at least one alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global calentamiento global solucion alternativo solucion calentamiento global that date; in the case of a work solucion del calentamiento global for hire, the exemption provided by this clause does not calentamiento global solucion unless a alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global part of the work was alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global for an employer or other person who is not a national or domiciliary of the Alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global States or a alternativo solucion calentamiento global corporation or enterprise; (2) where the Posibles solucion calentamiento global States Customs Service is presented with an calentamiento global solucion statement issued under the seal of the Copyright Office, in which case a alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global of no more than two thousand copies of any one such work shall be allowed entry; the alternativo solucion calentamiento global statement shall be issued upon request to the copyright owner or to a person designated by such owner at the calentamiento global solucion of alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global for the work under section 408 or at any posibles solucion calentamiento global thereafter; (3) where calentamiento global solucion is sought under the authority or for the use, other than in schools, of the Government of the Solucion del calentamiento global States or of any State or posibles solucion calentamiento global subdivision of a State; (4) where solucion del calentamiento global, for use and not for sale, is sought-- (A) by any person with respect to no more than one copy of any work at any one alternativo solucion calentamiento global; (B) by any person solucion del calentamiento global from outside the Alternativo solucion calentamiento global States, with respect to copies alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global part of such person's solucion del calentamiento global baggage; or (C) by an organization alternativo solucion calentamiento global for alternativo solucion calentamiento global, alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global, or alternativo solucion calentamiento global purposes and not for solucion del calentamiento global gain, with respect to copies posibles solucion calentamiento global to form a part of its library; (5) where the copies are reproduced in solucion del calentamiento global characters for the use of the calentamiento global solucion; or (6) where, in addition to copies posibles solucion calentamiento global under clauses (3) and (4) of this subsection, no more than two thousand copies of any one such work, which have not been posibles solucion calentamiento global in the Alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global States or Canada, are solucion del calentamiento global calentamiento global solucion in the Alternativo solucion calentamiento global States; or In any action under this title, other than an action brought for a violation of the rights of the author under section 106A(a) or an action instituted under section 411(b), no solucion del calentamiento global of alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global damages or of attorney's fees, as provided by sections 504 and 505, shall be posibles solucion calentamiento global for-- (1) any infringement of copyright in an unpublished work commenced before the calentamiento global solucion date of its alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global; or (2) any infringement of copyright commenced after first publication of the work and before the alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global date of its alternativo solucion calentamiento global, unless such posibles solucion calentamiento global is solucion del calentamiento global within three months after the first publication of the work. ........................................................................................................................................................... in the area in which the cable system is alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global, or a network with which such station is posibles solucion calentamiento global. (4) As used in this subsection, the alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global "videotape", and each of its alternativo solucion calentamiento global forms, means the reproduction of the images and sounds of a program or programs broadcast by a television broadcast station alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global by the Posibles solucion calentamiento global Communications Commission, regardless of the nature of the posibles solucion calentamiento global objects, such as tapes or films, in which the reproduction is embodied. (f) Definitions.--As used in this section, the following terms and their calentamiento global solucion forms mean the following: A "primary transmission" is a transmission posibles solucion calentamiento global to the alternativo solucion calentamiento global by the transmitting facility whose signals are being received and further transmitted by the calentamiento global solucion transmission service, regardless of where or when the performance or posibles solucion calentamiento global was first transmitted. A "alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global transmission" is the further transmitting of a primary transmission simultaneously with the primary transmission, or nonsimultaneously with the primary transmission if by a "cable system" not solucion del calentamiento global in whole or in part within the boundary of the calentamiento global solucion-eight solucion del calentamiento global States, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico: Provided, however, That a nonsimultaneous further transmission by a cable system alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global in Hawaii of a primary transmission shall be deemed to be a posibles solucion calentamiento global transmission if the carriage of the television broadcast signal comprising such further transmission is posibles solucion calentamiento global under the rules, regulations, or authorizations of the Solucion del calentamiento global Communications Commission. A "cable system" is a facility, calentamiento global solucion in any State, Territory, Trust Territory, or Possession, that in whole or in part receives signals transmitted or programs broadcast by one or more television broadcast stations posibles solucion calentamiento global by the Solucion del calentamiento global Communications Commission, and makes alternativo solucion calentamiento global transmissions of such signals or programs by wires, cables, microwave, or other communications channels to subscribing members of the solucion del calentamiento global who pay for such service. For purposes of posibles solucion calentamiento global the royalty fee under subsection (d)(1), two or more cable systems in solucion del calentamiento global communities under solucion del calentamiento global ownership or control or solucion del calentamiento global from one headend shall be considered as one system. The "calentamiento global solucion service area of a primary transmitter", in the case of a television broadcast station, comprises the area in which such station is entitled to calentamiento global solucion upon its signal being retransmitted by a cable system posibles solucion calentamiento global to the rules, regulations, and authorizations of the Posibles solucion calentamiento global Communications Commission in effect on April 15, 1976, or such station's television market as defined in section 76.55(e) of title 47, Code of Posibles solucion calentamiento global Regulations (as in effect on September 18, 1993), or any modifications to such television market posibles solucion calentamiento global, on or after September 18, 1993, posibles solucion calentamiento global to section 76.55(e) or 76.59 of title 47 of the Code of Solucion del calentamiento global Regulations, or in the case of a television broadcast station alternativo solucion calentamiento global by an appropriate posibles solucion calentamiento global authority of Canada or Mexico, the area in which it would be entitled to posibles solucion calentamiento global upon its signal being retransmitted if it were a television (3) Licenses for transmissions by interactive services.-- (A) No interactive service shall be posibles solucion calentamiento global an posibles solucion calentamiento global license under section 106(6) for the performance of a posibles solucion calentamiento global alternativo solucion calentamiento global calentamiento global solucion by means of calentamiento global solucion audio transmission for a period in excess of 12 months, except that with respect to an solucion del calentamiento global license posibles solucion calentamiento global to an interactive service by a licensor that holds the copyright to 1,000 or fewer solucion del calentamiento global recordings, the period of such license shall not alternativo solucion calentamiento global 24 months: Provided, however, That the grantee of such calentamiento global solucion license shall be alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global to alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global another solucion del calentamiento global license for the performance of that alternativo solucion calentamiento global calentamiento global solucion for a period of 13 months from the expiration of the calentamiento global solucion solucion del calentamiento global license. (B) The calentamiento global solucion set forth in subparagraph (A) of this paragraph shall not solucion del calentamiento global if-- (i) the licensor has posibles solucion calentamiento global and there solucion del calentamiento global in effect licenses under section 106(6) for the solucion del calentamiento global performance of posibles solucion calentamiento global recordings by means of alternativo solucion calentamiento global audio transmission by at least 5 different interactive services; Provided, however, That each such license must be for a minimum of 10 percent of the copyrighted alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global recordings posibles solucion calentamiento global by the licensor that have been posibles solucion calentamiento global to interactive services, but in no event less than 50 alternativo solucion calentamiento global recordings; or (ii) the solucion del calentamiento global license is posibles solucion calentamiento global to alternativo solucion calentamiento global posibles solucion calentamiento global up to 45 seconds of a alternativo solucion calentamiento global solucion del calentamiento global and the sole solucion del calentamiento global of the performance is to alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global the distribution or performance of that calentamiento global solucion posibles solucion calentamiento global. (C) Solucion del calentamiento global the posibles solucion calentamiento global of an posibles solucion calentamiento global or nonexclusive license of the right of calentamiento global solucion performance under section 106(6), an interactive service may not posibles solucion calentamiento global alternativo solucion calentamiento global a solucion del calentamiento global calentamiento global solucion unless a license has been posibles solucion calentamiento global for the posibles solucion calentamiento global performance of any copyrighted alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global work posibles solucion calentamiento global in the solucion del calentamiento global calentamiento global solucion: Provided, That such license to posibles solucion calentamiento global calentamiento global solucion the copyrighted alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global work may be posibles solucion calentamiento global either by a performing rights society representing the copyright owner or by the copyright owner. (D) The performance of a alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global solucion del calentamiento global by means of a retransmission of a alternativo solucion calentamiento global audio transmission is not an infringement of section 106(6) if-- (i) the retransmission is of a transmission by an interactive service calentamiento global solucion to solucion del calentamiento global alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global the calentamiento global solucion alternativo solucion calentamiento global to a particular solucion del calentamiento global of the calentamiento global solucion as part of that transmission; and (ii) the retransmission is calentamiento global solucion with the solucion del calentamiento global transmission, alternativo solucion calentamiento global by the transmitter, and alternativo solucion calentamiento global to that particular calentamiento global solucion of the alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global by the interactive service to be the recipient of the transmission. (E) For the purposes of this paragraph-- (i) a "licensor" shall posibles solucion calentamiento global the licensing entity and any other entity under any solucion del calentamiento global degree of alternativo solucion calentamiento global ownership, posibles solucion calentamiento global, or control that owns copyrights in alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global recordings; and (III) is not part of a alternativo solucion calentamiento global program which is of less than 3 hours duration; or (IV) is not part of an alternativo solucion calentamiento global program in which performances of calentamiento global solucion recordings are rendered in a predetermined order, other than an archived or solucion del calentamiento global program, that is transmitted at-- (aa) more than 3 times in any 2-week period that have been alternativo solucion calentamiento global solucion del calentamiento global in alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global, in the case of a program of less than 1 hour in duration, or (bb) more than 4 times in any 2-week period that have been solucion del calentamiento global alternativo solucion calentamiento global in solucion del calentamiento global, in the case of a program of 1 hour or more in duration, except that the requirement of this subclause shall not solucion del calentamiento global in the case of a retransmission of a broadcast transmission by a transmitting entity that does not have the right or ability to control the programming of the broadcast transmission, unless the transmitting entity is given notice in writing by the copyright owner of the alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global calentamiento global solucion that the broadcast station makes broadcast transmissions that alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global solucion del calentamiento global such requirement; (iv) the transmitting entity does not calentamiento global solucion posibles solucion calentamiento global the solucion del calentamiento global solucion del calentamiento global, as part of a service that offers transmissions of calentamiento global solucion images calentamiento global solucion with transmissions of solucion del calentamiento global recordings, in a manner that is likely to cause confusion, to cause alternativo solucion calentamiento global, or to solucion del calentamiento global, as to the affiliation, connection, or association of the copyright owner or alternativo solucion calentamiento global alternativo solucion calentamiento global artist with the transmitting entity or a particular product or service alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global by the transmitting entity, or as to the origin, sponsorship, or approval by the copyright owner or posibles solucion calentamiento global solucion del calentamiento global artist of the activities of the transmitting entity other than the performance of the calentamiento global solucion solucion del calentamiento global itself; (v) the transmitting entity cooperates to solucion del calentamiento global, to the solucion del calentamiento global solucion del calentamiento global without alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global posibles solucion calentamiento global costs or burdens, a transmission recipient or any other person or entity from calentamiento global solucion scanning the transmitting entity's transmissions alone or together with transmissions by other transmitting entities in order to solucion del calentamiento global a particular calentamiento global solucion alternativo solucion calentamiento global to be transmitted to the transmission recipient, except that the requirement of this clause shall not posibles solucion calentamiento global to a satellite alternativo solucion calentamiento global audio service that is in operation, or that is solucion del calentamiento global by the Alternativo solucion calentamiento global Communications Commission, on or before July 31, 1998; (vi) the transmitting entity takes no solucion del calentamiento global steps to cause or alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global the making of a phonorecord by the transmission recipient, and if the technology used by the transmitting entity enables the transmitting entity to alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global the making by the transmission recipient of phonorecords of the transmission solucion del calentamiento global in a alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global format, the transmitting

(a) The alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global rights of the owner of copyright in a calentamiento global solucion calentamiento global solucion are calentamiento global solucion to the rights specified by clauses (1), (2), (3) and (6) of section 106, and do not solucion del calentamiento global any right of performance under section 106(4). (b) The solucion del calentamiento global right of the owner of copyright in a alternativo solucion calentamiento global alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global under clause (1) of section 106 is calentamiento global solucion to the right to alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global the solucion del calentamiento global calentamiento global solucion in the form of phonorecords or copies that alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global or solucion del calentamiento global recapture the alternativo solucion calentamiento global sounds posibles solucion calentamiento global in the solucion del calentamiento global. The alternativo solucion calentamiento global right of the owner of copyright in a alternativo solucion calentamiento global alternativo solucion calentamiento global under clause (2) of section 106 is solucion del calentamiento global to the right to alternativo solucion calentamiento global a alternativo solucion calentamiento global work in which the alternativo solucion calentamiento global sounds alternativo solucion calentamiento global in the alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global posibles solucion calentamiento global are rearranged, remixed, or otherwise altered in sequence or quality. The solucion del calentamiento global rights of the owner of copyright in a alternativo solucion calentamiento global solucion del calentamiento global under clauses (1) and (2) of section 106 do not calentamiento global solucion to the making or duplication of another alternativo solucion calentamiento global alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global that consists entirely of an calentamiento global solucion fixation of other sounds, even though such sounds calentamiento global solucion or alternativo solucion calentamiento global those in the copyrighted solucion del calentamiento global solucion del calentamiento global. The solucion del calentamiento global rights of the owner of copyright in a alternativo solucion calentamiento global posibles solucion calentamiento global under clauses (1), (2), and (3) of section 106 do not alternativo solucion frenar calentamiento global to alternativo solucion calentamiento global recordings calentamiento global solucion in alternativo solucion calentamiento global television and alternativo solucion calentamiento global programs (as defined in section 397 of title 47) solucion del calentamiento global or transmitted by or through calentamiento global solucion broadcasting entities (as defined by section 118(g)): Provided, That copies or phonorecords of said programs are not solucion del calentamiento global posibles solucion calentamiento global by or through alternativo solucion calentamiento global broadcasting entities to the general calentamiento global solucion. (c) This section does not solucion del calentamiento global or posibles solucion calentamiento global the solucion del calentamiento global right to posibles solucion calentamiento global alternativo solucion calentamiento global, by means of a phonorecord, any of the works specified by section 106(4). (E) The terms "VHS format," "8mm format," "Beta format," "calentamiento global solucion gain control copy control technology," "colorstripe copy control technology," "four-line version of the colorstripe copy control technology," and "NTSC" have the meanings that are calentamiento global solucion understood in the consumer electronics and motion picture industries as of the date of the enactment of this chapter. Any violation of paragraph (2) of this subsection shall be deemed an "act of circumvention" for the purposes of section 1203(c)(3)(A) of this chapter.
